`Promotional Terms and Conditions TicketSwap x Les Eurockéennes

General

These terms and conditions apply to the Les Eurockéennes competition developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V., located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam. The promotion is carried out on behalf of Les Eurockéennes - Association Territoire de Musiques, located at 3 rue Marcel Pangon, 90300 Evette-Salbert.

Participation

Participation is open to anyone who likes and comments on the Instagram post, tags 1 friend, follows both @ticketswap and @eurockeennes Instagram account, and shares the post to their Instagram stories. Excluded from participation are employees of both TicketSwap and Les Eurockéennes, as well as anyone who is in any way directly or indirectly involved in this promotion in an organizational sense. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. There is no maximum age for participation. Participation in this promotion is free.

Promotion Period

This campaign runs from 2nd May to 8th May. The campaign will be hosted on TicketSwap’s Instagram account.

Prize and Winners

With this campaign, participants will have a chance to win 2x four-day tickets to Les Eurockéennes. Three winners will be selected at random and announced on 9th May. TicketSwap will notify winners via DM. TicketSwap will email the tickets to the winners once their details are shared. 

Personal Data

When participating, the participant gives permission for the processing of personal data in connection with participation in the promotion. The personal data will be used to implement the promotion and the distribution of the prizes. The personal data of individual participants is not shared with third parties other than those mentioned in the privacy policy, such as, but not limited to, Les Eurockéennes. The participant's details will be treated confidentially in accordance with the privacy policies of TicketSwap and Les Eurockéennes. Other

No rights can be derived from the result of this promotion. The result of the promotion is irreversible, non-transferable and will not be corresponded about. In cases not provided for in the terms and conditions, TicketSwap will decide. In the event of fraud or undue influence on the promotion, TicketSwap reserves the right to exclude participants, not to award prizes, or to waive the right to a prize. If a participant has not fulfilled the entry conditions, TicketSwap has the right to exclude the participant from further participation and/or it may be decided to waive the right to the prize to be won.
